Recreation Gymnastics Overview and Classes
The daytime classes are staffed by 4 full time gymnastics coaches with senior gymnasts assisting the coaches with the Tumbling Bean classes after School.
Activity parties have also been a huge success and are now a regular weekly part of the Centre's activities.

Our very popular Pre - School Gymnastics classes are open to boys and girls of 2, 3 and 4 years of age. These classes are a mixture of fun and education and are designed to teach the children the correct basics of Gymnastics and at the same time ensure that they have a good time

TUMBLING BEANS
These classes are open to boys and girls who are at Primary School. They provide a stepping stone for the potential club gymnast or an enjoyable time for those gymnasts who enjoy the sport but are not too keen to take it up seriously.Above are some of the 200 boys and girls who took part in our annual competition in Grangemouth Sports Complex.
