Recreation Gymnastics Overview and Classes
The daytime classes are staffed by 4 full time gymnastics coaches with senior gymnasts assisting the coaches with the Tumbling Bean classes after School.
Activity parties have also been a huge success and are now a regular weekly part of the Centre's activities.

This class has been running for just over a year and is becoming very popular. It is designed to teach the children basic fundimentals of movement and gives mothers the opportunity to get back into exercise.

Our very popular Teeny Beans Gymnastics classes are open to boys and girls of 2 years of age. These classes are a mixture of fun and education and are designed to teach the children the correct basics of Gymnastics and at the same time ensure that they have a good time

JUMPING BEANS
Our Jumping Beans Gymnastics classes are open to boys and girls of 3 and 4 years of age. These classes are a mixture of fun and education and are designed to prepare the children to take part in our recreational classes when they go to school. They are also a very good preparation for children who wish to take up diffenent sports when they start school.

TUMBLING BEANS
These classes are open to boys and girls who are at Primary School. They provide a stepping stone for the potential club gymnast or an enjoyable time for those gymnasts who enjoy the sport but are not too keen to take it up seriously.Above are some of the 200 boys and girls who took part in our annual competition in Grangemouth Sports Complex.
