Tuesday Night 18:00 - 19:30

On Tuesday evenings is a pre-club group. This consists of a number of very talented young gymnasts who have the potential to become members of Falkirk Girls and Falkirk Boys Gymnastics Clubs.

The purpose of this group is to prepare the gymnasts for the large leap from recreation gymnastics to club gymnastics by more intensive training and conditioning.

A number of boys and girls have already undergone trials for the clubs and have been selected for membership.
Again there is a large demand for places and a waiting list is in operation.
